Returns

If you are not fully in love with your new Namaslay, we will issue you a store credit valid for 12 months from the issue date.  Please return the garment, unworn, within 7 days of delivery and we will send you your store credit code. without being worn, ship back the item/s to :

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your credit will be sent to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If returned late, we will take 20% restocking fee to ensure our customers are not wearing and returning.
